Can I still book my desired date?
You can ask the hotel directly about availability. However, we are also more than happy to ask for you. We will inform you promptly. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with one or two alternative dates in addition to your desired date so that we can check them at the same time.
What happens if I haven't received a voucher or if I lost or deleted the voucher?
First, look in your SPAM or junk mail box to see if the email voucher ended up there. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a replacement voucher for lost or deleted vouchers. For our customers' security, this is not possible.
Can you combine vouchers and book a longer stay?
As a rule, combining multiple vouchers is not possible. However, each hotel handles this individually.
Is the voucher issued to a specific name?
ANIMOD sends all vouchers without a name. It is not possible to issue a voucher in a specific person's name.
I can't open my email voucher. What do I need to do?
Please verify whether or not you have installed the program "Adobe Acrobat Reader" on your computer.
You can open the email attachment with this program. If you have not installed the program, you can download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/de/reader/otherversions. The PDF format is a common international format. With proper notification, you can also have your voucher sent directly to the hotel.
Can I bring my children with me and what does it cost?
Allowing children to stay in the same room depends on the hotel and room conditions. This is handled differently from hotel to hotel. Thus, an individual request is needed. Furthermore, the number of children travelling with you and their exact ages is required, as the costs for providing room for children also varies from hotel to hotel. You can ask the hotel directly. How long does it take to process the order, from purchase to receipt of the voucher?
After we book your payment (this varies from bank to bank and payment method), the voucher will be sent to you within one workday using the method of shipment you selected. We strongly advice against making payment via PayPal Debit, as receipt of payment can take up to seven workdays. Please remember that our term of payment is seven days after purchase!
I ordered the voucher last week. When will I receive the voucher?
After we book your payment (this varies from bank to bank and payment method), the voucher will be sent to you within one workday using the method of shipment you selected. If you still have not received a voucher, it may be because we have still not received your payment. If necessary, please recheck your bank information, the transfer and/or send us proof of payment via email or fax at 49 (0) 221 - 99 87 46 06 1. The transaction code must be provided in the event of PayPal payments.
I have already paid and would like to have my voucher number immediately. Is that possible?
The voucher number is automated and is only generated once payment has been received. Thus, for technical reasons we cannot provide you with a voucher number before payment has been received.
Can I also pick up my voucher in person?
Vouchers can only be picked up in person at our service point in Cologne. Please make an appointment with us by telephone or email with regards to picking up your voucher in person (Payment: cash).

Extending the validity of a voucher is a matter of goodwill and depends on the hotel. ANIMOD has no influence in this matter.
How can I transfer credit to a gift voucher?
After the purchase of a gift voucher we will accredit the value to your costumer account. In your personal account under balance you can give away the credit by sending an e-mail. Please enter the amount with .00. You can either send the credit directly to the e-mail address of another person or to your own. In the latter case, you can print the gift voucher and give it away as a present.
How can I settle my credit with my purchase?
If you want to use your credit for your purchase, please proceed as follows: After choosing your hotel voucher and putting it into the shopping cart, follow the steps to payment.. Among the payment methods you can choose between bank transfer, direct transfer, paypal and using your balance. Please notice that a credit cannot be used in combination with paypalExpress as a payment method. Because in this case you are not registered in your customer account in the web shop and thereby the payment transaction takes place directly at paypalExpress. By choosing to use your credit the amount due will be reduced automatically.
Where can I redeem my credit code?
You can redeem the code in your credit account of your costumer account. The credit will be added to your costumer account and can be settled with your next purchase. If you like to use your credit directly, please proceed as follows: After logging into your costumer account and putting the chosen hotel voucher into the shopping cart you can enter your credit code in the designated field. The amount due will be reduced automatically.
Where can I enter a discount code?
If you are registered to your costumer account and have put the chosen hotel voucher into your shopping cart, you can enter the discount code in the field for credit codes. The price will be reduced automatically.
Where can I check my customer account?
On www.animod.de you can log-in with your e-mail address and your password. New customers have the opportunity to register and to create a customer account. In the right corner your name will appear if you are signed in. Next to it you will see a symbol looking like a little sun or wheel. Clicking on the symbol will open more options for your costumer account. You can change your data, see your orders and your credit balance. In your balance account you can redeem credit codes and give away credit as a gift voucher.
