One thing is clear: We take the protection of your data as customers of the ANIMOD GmbH very serious!

The use of our website is generally possible without having to state
your personal data. As far as we enquire about personal data such as name, address and/ or email address, this occurs voluntarily. In case of contract conclusion, order or events such as a survey, lottery or accreditation as a „mystery guest“, personal data will be saved, for which the customers will declare their consent. The processing and data storage occur pursuant to the regulations of the Federal data protection law (BDSG) and the Communication services data protection law (TDDSG). No information is going to be handed over to a third party if not administratively necessary, which would be expressed in the text of the offer/ auction.

Technical security
Please note that a data transmission on the internet (e.g. communication via email) can cause security problems and/or issues. We are always active to keep our systems updated through technical as well as organizational measures. However, it is not possible to assure that the data and information are completely protected against third party access.

Deletion of data
Customer data will be deleted as soon as it is not neccessary for contractual purposes anymore, or if the customer is not content with the use of his data by ANIMOD GmbH for information purposes.

Data access
Any customer is entitled to have free access to data on him/herself and to revoke his/her consent of data storage with effect to the future.

External content
ANIMOD GmbH’s website may contain hypertext links to websites controlled by parties other than the ANIMOD GmbH. Please note that our data protection statement does not include these aforementioned external contents and that we can only guarantee this particular protection for our website.

Newsletter cancellation
With the subscription of our newsletter or the order of a product, your email adress will be added to our newsletter distribution list. With the regular newsletter, ANIMOD informs its customers about news, activities and special offers. An unauthorized disclosure of a customer email adress does not occur. Customers that do not want to benefit from advantageous offers and interesting news anymore can unsubscribe at any time via „Newsletter abmelden“ („Unsubscribe newsletter“) or click on the particular link at the end of every newsletter.  An unsubscription is also possible with an email to info@animod.de. Please use the subject line „newsletter unsubscription“.

Protection of ANIMOD-data
We hereby contradict any use of contact data, having been published in our imprint, by a third party in regards to sending us advertising and information material that has not been asked for expressly. We and the operator of this site expressly reserve the right for legal actions in case of unwanted delivery of advertising information, such as, f. e., spam-mails.

Data protection statement for the use of Facebook-plugins (Like-Button)
On our websites, we have implemented the so-called plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You recognize these facebook-plugins through the Facebook-logo or the „like-button“ (“Gefällt mir”) on our website. Data protection statement for the use of Google Analytics
For our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Data protection statement for the use of Google +1
Capturing and transmitting of information: With the Google +1-button, you can publish information worldwide. Click Google +1 and you and other users receive personalized content by Google and its partners. Google saves the information that you have given +1 for a certain content as well as the information of that site that you had looked at while clicking +1. Your +1 can be shown as references together with your profile name and your picture in Google-services such as in search results or in your Google-profile or in other parts of websites and ads on the internet. Google records information regarding your +1-activities to improve Google-services for you and for others. To use Google +1, you need a public Google-profile that is visible worldwide, which at least has to include the profile’s name. This name is used in all Google-services. In some cases, this name can be substituted by another name, which you have used when sharing content through your Google-profile. The identity of your Google-profile can be shown to users who know your email address or who know other information about you than can be used for identification. Use of the registered information: Aside of the aforementioned purpose, the given information are used by the applying data protection rules. Google might publish summarized statistics concerning, f. e., a user’s +1-activities and also might forward those to its users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or associated websites.

Our web offer is also associated with applications of the webservice Twitter (Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Through the use of Twitter and the application “Re-Tweet”, your visited websites will be linked to your Twitteraccount and will also be shown to other users. In the course of this, data will be transmitted to Twitter as well. We point out that we as website operators do not have any knowledge of the transmitted data’s content or of their processing through Twitter. Amendments
Should any need to change something occur due to new legal provisions or the furnishing of new services, ANIMOD GmbH reserves its rights to amend this data protection statement. The customer will find the latest version mainly here.

 
Additions:

17. Data Protection
17.1 With the closing of the contract or the ordering personal information will be saved. The customer will hereby give his approval. The processing and saving of the data will be carried out with regard to the codes of BDSG (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) and TDDSG (Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz).
17.2 Opposite to the special offer/auction description and the text containing the offer data will not be transferred to third parties other than the enterprises taking part in the winding up of the agreement.
17.3 Client data will be erased as soon as it is not relevant anymore for the winding up of the agreement or the client has agreed to further use of data for information purposes by ANIMOD GmbH.
17.4 The customer has the right to receive information concerning their personal data free of charge. The customer also has the right to revoke his approval to save data at any time effective for the future.
